Luxor Boutique Hotel Phu Quoc

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. Being right next to the excellent white sandy beach is a massive plus. Secondly, the staff at this hotel are fantastic - they are attentive, friendly, and provide excellent service. Lastly, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great views from the windows.

My stay at this hotel was excellent and I couldn't fault it in any way.

The location is perfect with the beach just a few steps away. The staff was very helpful, friendly and spoke good English. The hotel facilities were excellent and the cleanliness was amazing. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of dishes to choose from.

It was all superb.

the hotel is located in a prime spot, near to the beach and a variety of restaurants and shops. We enjoyed eating at a small quiet restaurant that was a short walk away. the rooms were comfortable and the staff provided excellent service. Breakfast offered a great variety of tasty dishes to start the day. We also appreciated the available facilities, such as the air conditioning and fridge in the room.

We noticed a lack of cleanliness in some areas of the hotel.

Great room with comfortable bed and clean facilities. Convenient location, only a short walk away from the beautiful beach. Free shuttle service to and from the airport was a nice touch. Enjoyed the tasty breakfast with a good variety of options.

Communication with staff could have been better, as their English was limited and we struggled to get information. The hotel lacked some basic amenities, such as a safe in the room.

We stayed at a hotel near the beach during the New Year and enjoyed our stay. The hotel had a great view of the sunset and the clean rooms were comfortable with comfortable bedding and a hairdryer. The breakfast had a decent variety of fresh produce, including fruits, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

There were some issues that marred our stay. The bathroom had an open shower that drenched the entire floor. The rooms only had one socket, which was inconvenient. There was also a limited choice of breakfast items, and once the food ran out, the staff did not bring out any more. Despite being left a "do not disturb" sign, the staff entered our room, which was frustrating and ruined our privacy.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The location, right next to the stunning white sandy beach in the center of the island, is simply unbeatable. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast provided was delicious and varied each day.
